These Terms of Service govern your use of spanglersrv.com, operated by Spangler's RV Rentals, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
This site is provided to let you browse our fleet, check availability, and request a booking. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a booking request and to use the site only for its intended purpose.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. We review and respond to every request — typically within 24 hours. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us, after which the terms of your signed Rental Agreement govern your actual rental.
By submitting a booking request with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages and emails from us related to that reservation — including confirmations, payment receipts, and trip updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.
Payments and security deposits are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize the charges and holds described at the time of booking and in your Rental Agreement.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site (availability, pricing, specifications) accurate and current, but it's provided "as is" without warranty. The actual terms of your rental are governed by your signed Rental Agreement, not marketing content on this website.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability related to your actual rental of a recreational vehicle is governed exclusively by your signed Rental Agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
